ALPINE SKIING
Level 1 Ski Instructor (Anwärter)
You receive training in the main module "Alpine Skiing" and an introduction to the areas of snowboard and the latest trend sports. Other important parts include the pedagogically correct handling of children and an introduction to alpine safety.
Ski Instructor (Landesskilehrer)/Snow Sports Instructor
Following a positive result in the level 1 (Anwärter) ski instructor’s examination and after passing a qualifying test, the next skill is to become a snow sports instructor in the main module "Alpine Skiing". Furthermore you will complete a training course in level 1 Snowboard Instructor (Anwärter) as well as training in telemarking, the latest trend sports and snow sports without handicap. Alpine education occupies an important part of the training course.
Diploma Ski Instructor/Graduate Ski Instructor
Training in the main subject "Alpine skiing" takes place at the highest international level and can only be commenced following successful completion of the ski instructor (Landesskilehrer) course as well as passing a qualifying test. Further qualification as a Snowboard Instructor is also included. Additional training content includes cross-country skiing and trend sports. Part of the Diploma Ski Instructor/Graduate Ski Instructor training is the "Eurotest" as well as an extensive alpine education ("Euro Security").
Ski/Snowboard Guide
After completing the Diploma Ski Instructor/Graduate Ski Instructor training and passing a qualifying test, the Ski/Snowboard Guide training is the last teaching step in the Austrian ski instructor education. An essential part of this course is alpine safety.
Snowboard
Level 1 Snowboard Instructor (Anwärter)

Graduate Snowboard Instructors
Training in the main subject "Snowboard" takes place at the highest international level and can only be commenced following successful completion of the snowboard instructor course as well as passing a qualifying test. Further qualification takes place in the area of alpine skiing. An essential part of the Graduate Snowboard Instructor course is a comprehensive alpine training.
Ski/Snowboard Guide
After completing the Graduate Ski/Snowboard Instructor training and passing a qualifying test, the Ski/Snowboard Guide training is the last teaching step in the Austrian ski instructor education. An essential part of this course is alpine safety.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
Cross-country Skiing Instructor Level 1 (Anwärter)
You will receive a sound basic education in cross-country skiing, whereby the classic technique as well as the skating technique is taught. Other important parts include the pedagogically correct handling of children and an introduction to cross-country skiing without boundaries.
Cross-country Skiing Instructor
Following a positive result in the Level 1 (Anwärter) Cross-Country Skiing Instructor’s examination and after passing a qualifying test, the next step is to become a cross-country skiing instructor both in the classic technique and the skating technique. An introduction to biathlon completes this training.
Graduate Cross-country Skiing Instructor
The cross-country instructor education can be perfected following successful completion of a qualifying test. In addition to the basic techniques of biathlon you will acquire skills in cross-country ski touring as well as training in alpine safety.
